Your First Visit

In order to use the TreeHouse, there is a little paperwork. The necessary paperwork requires parents to have the following items with them:

• Drivers License/ Photo ID

• Giant Bonuscard

The form that needs to be completed by the parent must have the following information filled out:

• Childs Birthdate
  

• Any allergies a child has
  

• An emergency contact number

• The parent/child's home address/phone number

After filling out all of the paperwork, then the parents are given a wristband to match their childs wristband. The parent must have a matching wristband for each child that comes into the TreeHouse. In addition to this, they are given a walkie talkie. The purpose of the walkie talkie is for the associates to be able to communicate with the parents.
